Order and Shipment FAQ
I want to edit or cancel my order

Due to our prompt order processing, we are unable to accommodate certain changes or cancellations to your order. These include, but are not limited to: Canceling your order or specific items within the order. 

Changing the billing or shipping address associated with your order. 

Modifying the payment method used for the order. 

Altering the selected shipping method for the delivery. 

Changing the color or size of any item(s) in your order. 

Adding or removing item(s) from the order. 

If for any reason you decide that you no longer wish to keep your order, you can initiate an exchange after the items have been delivered to you. Our exchange policy provides details on the process and eligibility for exchanges.

How long does shipping take?

This item will ship (priority mail) within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) via USPS.

Shipping time is the time frame in which an order is packaged and sent out. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time since there are sometimes delays with USPS.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with your very own tracking number so that you can follow your order's trip!

Can I return my item?

Unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered merchandise will be eligible for an EXCHANGE ONLY within 21 days of the date your order was shipped.

Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, and any signs of wear. 

Note: All items being returned for exchange must have original tags attached and include all original packaging. All final sale products are Final Sale and cannot be exchanged. Please send us an email at yxysantoyo@gmail.com

Care

For our rhinestone polyester and spandex tops- Machine wash cold: turn inside out, delicate cycle. Tumble dry low. Do not iron decoration.

What if my order is lost?
If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we shipped your order to and your tracking reads as successfully shipped, it is the sole responsibility of the carrier to deliver it to you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and you should contact your local post office should any problems arise. YxY Santoyo does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
I received the wrong product. What do I do? 

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving the wrong product. If for some reason you are missing an item(s) upon your delivery please e-mail our Customer Service at yxysantoyo@gmail.com subject: missing items + order number

Please attach a picture of the incorrect items you received along with the invoice that was included inside your package.
